横田基地ファーマーズマーケット2025イベント概要
開催日時：2025年11月9日（土） 午前9時～午後14時（予定）
開催場所：建物316駐車場（予定）
販売品：
野菜・果物（カット不可）
加工調理品（瓶缶等の密封容器での販売のみ）
地域工芸品
生花・苗木
尚、試食提供は米軍基地の食品衛生法上で禁止となっています。
入札要項・選考基準
入札期間：2025年9月8日（月）～ 2025年9月22日（月） 午後11時59分迄
最低入札価額は1ブースあたり3千円からとなります。入札価額の増額は１００円単位となります。また、今回の入札の主な対象業者様は、上記のイベント概要にあります販売品の何れかを提供して頂ける事としています。予めご了承下さい。テント、テーブル、椅子は無料で提供いたします。電気をご利用になる場合は、ジェネレーターを一台(最大２５アンペア)につき
1,500円を別途頂戴いたします。その他の詳細に関しては、下記のEメールまで問い合わせ下さい。尚、全ての添付書類は基本的に英語表記となっておりますが、日本語への翻訳は致しかねます。
応募方法：入札価額の提示は、このサイトの添付書類にもあります『Farmers Market Vendor Application (申込書) 』に必要なブース数をご記入下さい。下記にある他の書類と共に374fss.farmers.1@us.af.mil宛にお送り下さい。

Yokota Air Base Farmers Market 2025 Event Overview
Date and Time: Saturday, 8 November 2025 09:00 – 14:00
Venue: Bldg. 316 Parking Lot (Tentative)
Products for Sale:
- Vegetables and fruits (cannot be cut)
- Processed and cooked products (in sealed containers)
- Regional crafts
- Plants and Flowers (Plant Nurseries)
Bidding Guidelines and Selection Criteria:
Bidding Period: 8 September 2025 – 22 September 2025
All applicants are required to provide either of items listed in the Products for Sale above. The minimum bid price starts from 3,000 yen per booth. The bid price will be increased in increments of 100 yen. Tent, tables, and chairs will be included in the booth fee. If you wish to use electricity in your booth, you can rent a generator at 1,500 yen per unit (maximum 25amps). The rental fee will be added to the contract booth fee.
